Joaquin Feliciano is an esteemed Information and Technology Expert at Azteria Technology, known for his collaborative spirit and visionary approach. With a deep expertise in Enterprise Applications, Industry Practices, and Business Processes, Joaquin has been instrumental in driving digital transformation and fostering a positive company culture.
In previous roles, Joaquin served as Solution Delivery Team Lead, where he managed technology steering committees and partnerships, resulting in increased technology capability, cost reduction, and account growth. He developed a multi-year roadmap for Siemens OpCenter and Mendix, aligned with corporate strategy, and led the delivery of Enterprise Asset Management to digitize asset lifecycle and close compliance gaps.
Before establishing Azteria Technology, Joaquin was a Staff System Engineer, where he implemented Siemens OpCenter software release mechanisms and contributed to the delivery of a global program for manufacturing. His earlier experience as a System Administrator at Oracle further solidified his foundation in digital support and software release management.
Joaquin holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Texas Wesleyan University and is skilled in various software delivery tools and methodologies. His excellent presentation and communication skills, combined with his proficiency in project management frameworks, make him a valuable asset to the Azteria Technology team. In his free time, Joaquin enjoys hitting the greens and playing golf, embracing the challenges and tranquility of the sport.
Michael O'Connor

Michael O'Connor is a distinguished Cloud Architect and Site Reliability Engineer at Azteria Technology, bringing a wealth of experience from both the tech industry and military service. With a background in computer engineering and computer science from the University of Southern California, and an Advanced Computer Security Certificate from Stanford University, Michael's expertise is a valuable asset to our team.

At Azteria, Michael leads the management of our Amazon AWS environments and plays a pivotal role in developing new features for the Azteria MOM Cloud. His proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, BASH, Python, Perl, Java, C++, and MySQL, combined with his experience as a Linux/Unix user, ensures the reliability and security of our cloud infrastructure.

Before joining Azteria, Michael served in the US Navy, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical skills. As a Plans and Engagement Officer for Submarine Group Seven, he coordinated military engagements and exercises with foreign navies, ensuring operational safety in the Seventh Fleet area. As a Nuclear Submarine Officer on the USS Michigan, he oversaw critical maintenance operations and led a team to achieve a 30% increase in work completion.

Michael's dedication and achievements have been recognized with the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals. His unique blend of technical prowess and leadership experience makes him a key player in driving Azteria Technology's mission forward. When not busy with professional commitments, Michael is a fervent fan of live music, often seeking out concerts and performances to experience the energy and artistry of his favorite artists.
Nithish Arunkumar
Staff Software Developer at Azteria Technology
Nithish Arunkumar is a pivotal member of the Azteria Technology team, where he brings nearly 10 years of experience as a full-stack engineer. His expertise in developing customer-facing web applications and back-end systems has been instrumental in driving the company's technological advancements.

Nithish's exceptional skills in customer application design, cross-functional team collaboration, and continuous integration and deployment have made him a key player at Azteria. He is proficient in a range of technical skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, Java, Python, SQL Server, MySQL, and AWS, and holds an AWS Certified Developer certification.

Before joining Azteria, Nithish honed his skills at Illumina and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he developed web portals, led cloud migrations, and improved software tools for lab technicians. His journey in software development began as an intern at Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), working on integrating servers and software during a significant acquisition.

Currently, Nithish is furthering his knowledge by pursuing an M.B.A. at the University of California, San Diego. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
